We are currently open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday thru Thursday and are closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
To schedule an appointment for your child, please call during regular business hours. Should you activate our voice messaging system, please leave a brief message and we will return your call promptly. Our office staff will make every attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience.
Preschool children should be seen in the mornings because they are fresher and we can allow more time to work slowly with the child to ensure they have a positive experience. School children who have a lot of dental work to be completed should also be scheduled in the mornings for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence and your child will be given a written excuse for his/her school. Routine check-ups at the dentist can help keep missed school days at a minimum.
Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient we ask that you please notify our office 24 hrs in advance of your child's scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep it.
Another child who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can occur, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. We also ask that you make every effort to arrive on time, as arriving late may require us to delay or reschedule your child's visit. It is preferred that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to complete any needed medical or dental questions.
We ask that the accompanying parent or guardian of the child be prepared to pay for office visits and treatment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal check, debit as well as Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. If you anticipate a problem paying for services, please discuss this in advance with our front desk staff. In certain instances, we may consider a patient financing program.
We are happy to help you file all insurance claims, but to ensure efficiency, please notify us when insurance information changes occur. You will also need to be prepared to pay any amount that is determined not payable by your insurance plan, such as deductibles and co-pays.
